Submission Guidelines

Technical Full Paper Submission Instructions

Papers should be written in English, formatted in single-spaced, double-column, no less than 10pt font, IEEE conference proceedings format, including figures and references. Submitted papers should include an abstract, not to exceed 250 words.  Papers should be submitted in PDF format via the COCUS system (http://cocus.create-net.it/cocus/welcome.do) .

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by experts and returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
