Important Dates & Submission Steps

Please follow the steps below for manuscript submission.  Accepted manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings.  .

Register for Conference

• One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
• One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
• Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference. IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

Submitting the Manuscripts

• After successful registration you will automatically be directed to the upload site web address.
• Please Note:  Your registration may take up to 3 business days for the bank to process so please do not expect the upload web address immediately. If you do not receive the upload location within 3 days, please contact ICST registration 
• Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.
• At the upload location, you will be instructed to submit your paper either in WORD format or PS format.
• After you upload paper site you will be instructed to complete a copyright form electroncially. 
• You will be sent a confirmation that you paper was uploaded successfully and you will have an opportunity to submit any revisions.

Final Manuscripts Page Limit and Format

• Format of the manuscripts: ps or word
• Please prepare your paper using the 2-column IEEE format.
• Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages and short papers are allowed up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
• Extra page cost of USD$100  will be charged per page. This payment is made on the Registration form.
